Figure AI Stock: Three Prices, One Private Company
Figure AI, the humanoid-robotics company, is private and has no stock you can buy on an exchange. Here is how to tell it apart from the publicly listed Figure Technology Solutions, and why its price depends entirely on where you look.
There is no Figure AI stock you can buy on a public exchange. Figure AI, Inc., the humanoid-robotics company, is private: no listing, no ticker, and no announced plan to go public as of October 2026.
The first thing to get right is that two different companies share the name. If a brokerage screen shows you a ticker, you are almost certainly looking at the wrong one.
Key takeaways
- Two companies, one name. Figure AI (robots, private) is not the same as Figure Technology Solutions (lending and blockchain, publicly listed under the ticker FIGR). Any live stock price you see belongs to the second company.
- No public Figure AI shares exist. Its most recent confirmed primary financing was a Series C that closed in September 2025 at a $39 billion valuation.
- Three private marketplaces quote three different prices. In October 2026, Forge, Clarity and Exenro listed Figure AI shares at $174.00, $204.29 and $182.85. There is no single market price for a private company.
- A tokenized onchain wrapper also exists and is extremely thin: 1,483 current holders and 45 active addresses in a day (Allium data, October 22, 2026).
- None of these routes give you equity. A tokenized wrapper is a claim on a product, not shareholder rights, voting rights, or a direct stake in Figure AI.
First, make sure you have the right Figure
Search "figure ai stock" and the results blur two unrelated businesses.
Figure AI, Inc. builds humanoid robots. It is private. It has no ticker and no stock trading anywhere a retail investor can reach through an ordinary brokerage account.
Figure Technology Solutions is a separate lending and blockchain company that is publicly listed, under the ticker FIGR. It also issues tokenized wrappers that live on blockchains (a blockchain is a shared ledger that records who holds what), including instruments labeled FIGRx, FIGRon and rFIGR, plus a home-equity-line-of-credit token on the Provenance network. None of those are Figure AI.
The practical test: if you can see a live, continuously updating share price inside a normal brokerage app, that is FIGR, the lending company. Figure AI, the robotics company, does not produce a price like that, because private shares do not trade on a public exchange with a continuous quote. That distinction matters before you read a single number here.
Why a private company has three different prices
A public stock has one official price at any instant because exchanges consolidate quotes into a single national best bid and offer. We explain that mechanism in NBBO: The Best US Stock Price, and Why Crypto Lacks One. Private shares have no equivalent. They change hands in bilateral deals that specialized marketplaces arrange, and each marketplace sees only its own flow.
That is why the quotes diverge. Here are three marks for Figure AI shares in the same month, from three venues:
| Source | Quoted price per share | As of | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forge | $174.00 | 2026-10-22 | Secondary-marketplace mark |
| Clarity | $204.29 | 2026-10-22 | Secondary-marketplace mark |
| Exenro | $182.85 | October 2026 | Secondary-marketplace mark |
That is a spread of roughly $30 per share, about 17 percent between the low and high quote, for the same company at effectively the same moment. The reason is structural, not a data error. Each venue is marking a different set of recent trades, bids, or internal estimates, and none of them represents a company-blessed price.
Separately, trackers carry a $42.5 billion "last valuation" for Figure AI. Treat that as a tracker figure that disagrees with the confirmed round. The number tied to an actual financing event is the September 2025 Series C at $39 billion. A primary-round valuation (what the company raised money at) and a secondary mark (what one investor will pay another today) measure different things, and neither one is "the" price.
What the onchain wrapper actually is
A fourth route to Figure AI exposure exists on a blockchain. PreStocks issues a token with the symbol FIGUREAI on Solana, a high-throughput blockchain. The token is a wrapper: it references the underlying private shares. It does not convey equity, voting rights, or a direct legal claim on Figure AI. You are holding an instrument that tracks a price, not a slice of the cap table.
The onchain data makes the thinness of this route visible in a way the marketplace quotes do not:
| Metric (Figure AI PreStocks, Solana) | Value |
|---|---|
| Market capitalization | $526,891 |
| Supply | 3,012.69 tokens |
| Current holders | 1,483 |
| All-time holders | 6,625 |
| Transfers (24h) | 69, moving $1,520 |
| Active addresses (24h) | 45 |
Allium data, October 22, 2026.
Two things stand out. First, all-time holders (6,625) run more than four times current holders (1,483), which fits a pattern across these pre-IPO tokens: most wallets that ever held one no longer do. Second, this is the thinnest instrument in the measured pre-IPO set. Forty-five addresses moved $1,520 across 69 transfers in a day. Set that against private marketplaces quoting $174, $183 and $204 for the same company in the same month. Both routes are thin. The difference is that the onchain route is measurable down to the individual transfer, while the marketplace quotes are not.
Reading that onchain activity is harder than it sounds, because a raw Solana transfer is just an entry in a ledger: source address, destination address, token mint, amount. To say "this is Figure AI exposure, held by 1,483 wallets, with $1,520 moving in a day," each transfer has to resolve to the same fields (asset, issuer, sender, recipient, amount, USD value, and transaction type) and the token has to be identified as the Figure AI wrapper rather than one of thousands of other Solana tokens. Allium normalizes those records across 150+ blockchains into labeled datasets, which is how the holder and transfer counts here are produced. Bloomberg has cited the same kind of measurement in reporting on SpaceX pre-IPO tokenized stock volume, and the mechanics of reading these transfers are covered in how to track tokenized stock transfers onchain.
What this means if you want exposure
None of the above is a recommendation to buy or avoid anything. The honest state of play:
- Figure AI common stock is not purchasable on a public exchange. There is no IPO filing and no announced timeline as of October 2026.
- Private-marketplace shares are generally restricted to accredited or institutional investors and are quoted inconsistently across venues, as the table shows.
- The tokenized wrapper is a reference instrument, not equity, and the onchain footprint is very small.
If you see a tradable "FIGR" price in a brokerage, confirm which company it is. On most data sites that ticker belongs to Figure Technology Solutions, the listed lending and blockchain firm, not the robotics company most people mean when they type "figure ai stock."
Frequently asked questions
Is Figure AI publicly traded?
No. Figure AI, Inc., the humanoid-robotics company, is private as of October 2026. It has no ticker, no public listing, and no announced IPO. A publicly listed company called Figure Technology Solutions trades under the ticker FIGR, but that is a separate lending and blockchain firm, not Figure AI.
What is Figure AI's valuation?
Its most recent confirmed primary financing was a Series C that closed in September 2025 at a $39 billion valuation. Some trackers list a $42.5 billion "last valuation," which disagrees with that confirmed round. Secondary marketplaces separately quoted shares at $174 to $204 in October 2026, which are different numbers measuring resale demand rather than a company financing.
Why do Forge, Clarity and Exenro show different Figure AI prices?
Private shares do not trade on a public exchange with a single consolidated quote. Each secondary marketplace marks its own recent trades, bids and estimates, so in October 2026 Forge showed $174.00, Clarity $204.29 and Exenro $182.85 for the same company. The roughly 17 percent spread reflects fragmented private-market liquidity, not a data error.
Can I buy a Figure AI stock token on a blockchain?
A PreStocks token with the symbol FIGUREAI exists on Solana and tracks the underlying private shares. It is a wrapper, not equity: it does not grant voting rights, shareholder rights, or a direct legal claim on Figure AI. As of October 22, 2026 it had 1,483 current holders and about $1,520 moving across 69 transfers in a day, making it extremely thin.
What is the ticker FIGR?
FIGR is Figure Technology Solutions, a publicly listed lending and blockchain company that also issues tokenized wrappers such as FIGRx, FIGRon and rFIGR and a HELOC token on Provenance. It is frequently confused with Figure AI but is a completely separate business. If you see a live FIGR share price, it is this company, not the robotics firm.
Does holding a tokenized Figure AI wrapper make me a shareholder?
No. A tokenized wrapper references the price of the underlying private shares but does not convey equity ownership, voting rights, dividends, or a claim on the company. You are holding an instrument that tracks value, separate from the actual cap table.
See the data behind this post. Browse the tokenized equity tables, or read How to Track Tokenized Stock Transfers Onchain for how the records are put together.
